Processing Time

We understand that you are eager to receive your AERIS pieces. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation and payment verification.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not from the date of order placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions — stay tuned to our website and newsletter for updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website using this number.

International Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at elegantsandg@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
